活动星系核观测及高能辐射:利用光学望远镜长期开展活动星系核的多色测光,结合空间望远镜在高能X射线、伽马射线的观测开展理论研究;
粒子天体物理实验与理论:利用国际合作地面宇宙线实验ASγ,ARGO及LHAASO开展高能粒子观测和研究;
